Required Qualification: Eligible Applicants should have Degree in Engineering/ Technology (Mechanical/Production/ Electrical/ Electronics) / Bachelor's Degree with PG Degree / PG Diploma / MBA /MSW/ MA with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations / Human Resource Development, Cost & Works Accounts (CWA)/Cost Management Accountant (CMA) along with good academic records from an accredited board / university / institute. 

Age Limitation:

• Age of the candidate should be less or equal to 37 Years (Post 1), 35 Years (Post 2-4). counted from .
• Relaxation in calculating age limit criteria is given to candidates of reserved categories as per Government / Company norms
