1. Mid-Level Health Providers-cum-Community Health Officers - 787

Required Qualification: Eligible Applicants should have BAMS or B.Sc. Nursing / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing Degree along with good academic records from an accredited board / university / institute. 

Age Limitation:

• Aspirant’s age should be in the range of 18 - 42 years. counted from .
• Relaxation in calculating age limit criteria is given to candidates of reserved categories as per Government / Company norms

Recruitment Criteria:

Contenders wants to secure its position as a MLHP-cum-CHO must compete with others in OMR Based Exam/Counselling/Document Verification. Meritorious candidates will be awarded with the jobs.

Application Fee:

• Application fee for the GEN / OBC Candidates is Rs. 100/-
• Application fee for the SC/ BC-A/ BC-B/ EWS/ ESM/ OSP/PWD Candidates is Rs. 50/-

Fixed / Base Salary With GP: Candidates who secures hir/her position in merit in recruitment criteria will get following salary after Joining. Candidates will recieve Rs. 25,000/- Per month.
