Pay band - Selected candidate will be posted on pay band INR Rs. 15600 - 39100/- With 7600/- Grade Pay (For Post 1), Rs. 9300 - 34800/- With 4800/5400/- Grade Pay (For Post 2-6).as directed by recruitment committee and as mentioned in Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission notification

Selection Process - Selection will be done according to the direction of selection committee and based on the performance in the Merit list.
Age Criteria - Candidate age must be between 18 to 35 Years(Direct Recruitment),62 years(contract) as on 31-12-2017. Age relaxations will be applicable only in upper age limit as per the norms for individual posts age criteria check job advertisement.
Educational Qualification - Interested Aspirant who want to take part in JSERC recruitment process must have Bachelor Degree in Mechanical /Electrical/Power Engineering/Law/Science/Arts/Commerce with Law, Master Degree in Commerce/ Economics/ MBA (Finance)/ Business Administration/Economic Certificates/Degree or its equivalent Qualification from a recognized Board / University.
