Pay band - Selected candidate will be posted on pay band INR Rs. 9300 - 34800/- With 4600/- Grade Pay (Post 1-4), Rs. 5200 - 20200/- With 2800/- Grade Pay (Post 5-7), Rs. 5200 - 20200/- With 2400/- Grade Pay (Post 8), Rs. 5200 - 20200/- With 1900/- Grade Pay (Post 9,10,14), Rs. 5200 - 20200/- With 1800/- Grade Pay (Post 11-13). .as directed by recruitment committee and as mentioned in HPL India notification

Selection Process - Selection will be done according to the direction of selection committee and based on the performance in the Written Exam, Group Discussion/Personal Interview.
Age Criteria - Candidate age must be between upper age limit should not exceed 30 Years (Post 1), 27 Years (Post 5-14) As on 31-03-2016. Age relaxations will be applicable only in upper age limit as per the norms for individual posts age criteria check job advertisement.
Educational Qualification - Interested Aspirant who want to take part in HPL India recruitment process must have 10th, 12th, Graduation Degree, MBA, MCA Certificates/Degree or its equivalent Qualification from a recognized Board / University.
