Pay band - Selected candidate will be posted on pay band INR Rs. 5,200 - 20,200/- With 1900/- Grade Pay (Post 1,2), Rs. 5,200 - 20,200/- With 1800/- Grade Pay (Post 3-9). .as directed by recruitment committee and as mentioned in Officers Training Academy notification

Selection Process - Selection will be done according to the direction of selection committee and based on the performance in the Written Exam, Skill Test, Physical Test.
Age Criteria - Candidate age must be between 18 to 28 Years for OBC (Post 1), 18 to 27 Years for UR AND 18 to 30 Years for OBC (Post 2), 18 to 30 Years FOR SC (Post 3), 18 to 25 Years for UR AND 18 to 28 Years for OBC (Post 6), 18 to 27 Years for UR AND 18 to 30 Years 18 to 32 for SC (Post 8), 18 to 25 Years for UR (Post 9). Age relaxations will be applicable only in upper age limit as per the norms for individual posts age criteria check job advertisement.
Educational Qualification - Interested Aspirant who want to take part in OTA recruitment process must have 10th, 12th Certificates/Degree or its equivalent Qualification from a recognized Board / University. Post wise qualification is mentioned in Qualification criteria section in notification.
